- All the entries would be shortlisted and judged by the Judges appointed by Gaurav Gatha
- Participants considered to have cheated or been negligent in their poem will be disqualified, even if they haven’t benefitted from this
- Entries shall be judged by eminent personalities chosen by Rakshak Foundation for Gaurav Gatha
- Entries will be judged on the theme “Patriotism” and poems not reflecting this theme will not be considered for judging.
- Successful candidate entry will try to convey the message of Patriotism in succinct manner
- Entries will be made available for public viewing for the purposes of propagation of Gaurav Gatha and easy access for judges
- Poems in English and Hindi will be judged together in same category
- The decision of the judges shall be final and binding
- The organizers will not enter into any correspondence about the results
- The organizers reserve the right to modify the above mechanics if it becomes apparent that doing so would more appropriately reflect the spirit of the Competition
