Gaurav Gatha is a patriotic poem writing competition aimed at restoring the sense and feeling of patriotism for the country.

Gaurav Gatha is conceptualized, developed, funded by Rakshak Foundation. Rakshak Foundation is an Non profit  organization working on promoting public policy research and effective citizenry. Gaurav Gatha is Rakshak’s effort to propagate responsible citizenship in the youth of the nation and to give our budding poets a platform to express their sentiments for the nation.

Anyone can participate irrespective of age and nationality. All the contestants are required to adhere to Rules and Regulations of the competition.

No, you only need to submit a poem in either of the two languages. For more information, go through the Rules and Regulations page of the website.

No, it’s the wish of the poet to choose the most appropriate writing style , though it should be taken care that the entries must not exceed the limit of 1000 words.
